About The Position

ICF seeks a highly motivated and proactive Program Coordinator who will directly support a federal cybersecurity client’s day-to-day programmatic needs. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for supporting administrative activities related to the coordination of government cybersecurity operations. This includes providing support for coordination of client meetings and tasks, liaising with client team members and their stakeholders, and providing program support to the overall project. Candidates must be located in the National Capital Region and be willing to work at the client site in Arlington, VA a minimum of one day per week but up to several, pending client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role
  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position); active Secret clearance required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly with senior, executive-level client leadership
  • Experience supporting a senior federal client in an executive administrative capacity, preferably in a national security environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsive
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the initiative to complete work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project) and MS SharePoint, List, and Teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to our senior client leadership
  • Coordinate logistics and planning of client leadership meetings and activities
  • Support daily reporting requirements and facilitate leadership approvals of internal requests, documents, and program plans
  • Act as point of contact for the client leadership and their teams and provide prompt, and comprehensive responses to all client needs and requests
  • Support development of reports, project documents, and other program materials as needed
  • Coordinate dissemination of information and program materials to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of workflow processes to support efforts to continuously improve project management and organization
  • Work with the ICF Team Lead to organize and track key project deadlines, metrics, and deliverables
  • Manage meetings to include drafting and sending agendas, scheduling, and maintaining meeting minutes
  • Set-up and maintain an organized system for management of project files and documentation
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including the client
  • Provide support with other general administrative duties as assigned
