Provides administrative and staff support services primarily to project teams and management of the company, with secondary support to additional functional areas, as necessary. WHO YOU ARE You have 3-5 years in a similar administrative position, and at least a High School Diploma You are skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, with accurate keyboarding speed of at least 55 wpm You have working knowledge of Microsoft Access, MasterSpec and MasterWorks You are skilled in data entry, including QMS database application and Project Status 2K database application You have knowledge of document filing, records processes, and departmental procedures You are an independent worker, with the ability perform and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision You take feedback well, with the ability to accept and understand direction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks accordingly You’re a people person. You’re open to developing positive working relationships across all levels of our organization and communicate effectively with all employees WHAT YOU’LL DO You'll focus on coordination and preparation of Project Specifications, processing and tracking of Shop Drawings/Submittals, and preparation/assembly of project deliverables, proposals and other assignments requested by Primera staff You'll source, price and purchase office, equipment and kitchen supplies You'll log, process and file Quality Assurance documents You'll coordinate project archiving and off-site document storage, perform and maintain project filing, and provide meeting support as needed (scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics) You’ll work in a flexible, people-first, empowering, safe, and supportive environment You’ll enjoy what you do. Requirements
