The Administrative Assistant supports the Child Support Services Division in its mission to secure financial and medical support for children through parental obligations. This role processes and reviews child support applications, conducts initial case research, and ensures accurate coordination with applicants, agencies, and Vital Statistics offices. The position also provides essential administrative and customer service support, including responding to public inquiries, maintaining records, and serving as backup to the Administrative Support Supervisor. This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2026.
