The pay for this position starts at $20.00/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $23.30/hour. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The available schedule for this position is Part Time 20 hours- Monday- Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. As an Adminstrative Specialist / Records Archivist, you will: Perform high-speed and high-volume document handling, scanning, and image enhancement to convert printed documents to digital formats Plan and oversee the arrangement, cataloging, and preservation of critical records and documents. Ensure quality archiving; that documents are readable, accurate, and complete. Being an Administrative Specialist / Records Archivist at Devereux has its advantages! Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years relevant experience in administration, records, clerical role required

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-speed and high-volume document handling, scanning, and image enhancement to convert printed documents to digital formats
  • Plan and oversee the arrangement, cataloging, and preservation of critical records and documents.
