This position is the primary contact person for walk-in traffic for the Enrollment Center, which includes Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar, as well as providing coverage for incoming telephone inquiries. This position provides clerical / data entry support to the Admissions Department. Primary responsibilities include uploading admissions records, entering and ensuring the accuracy of data in the student information system, recognizing and resolving data anomalies, processing mail and matching documentation to students’ files, preparing and disseminating correspondence, and communicating document needs/statuses with prospective and current students.
