Shape Our Legacy – Improve what you touch, embrace innovation, and build on over 100 years of great service. $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour Position Description: Level 1 Administrative Specialist As part of our Administration team, you will provide support to Plunkett’s office operations by performing both permanent, temporary, and seasonal duties. Responsibilities will include payment processing, responding to client questions and concerns regarding invoices and payment applications, and applicable projects and tasks relating to our Administration team. Tasks may be added, dropped, or changed based on future impact of technology and software changes. In this role, you can expect to complete numerous setups and account maintenance requests for clients, respond to questions and requests from other Plunkett’s departments, facilitate work order and invoice submissions in third-party systems, as well as other seasonal and/or temporary projects assigned by leadership as needed. Plunkett’s provides the flexibility to tailor each account to the customer’s needs. You will be required to use a variety of skillsets and knowledge resources to complete each task competently, which will be provided to you during your initial and ongoing training.
