This position is an anticipated vacancy. The Administrative Specialist I position is assigned to the Police Department and Communication services. Duties include transferring incoming calls, paging on-call personnel, monitoring fire alarms, burglar alarms, emergency lines, paging codes as needed, dispatching police department, telephone PBX, personnel, and maintenance on-call. Monitoring generator panels, video cameras, and staff duress system. Must be able to work a 12-hour shift in the Teleoperator booth.
