The incumbent is responsible for developing and managing various systems to ensure the effective collection and reporting of food service program data. Key responsibilities include tracking student meal participation and reimbursement data, maintaining records of food and supply inventory, overseeing staff schedules and timekeeping information, and monitoring other essential operational metrics. This position employs tools such as the Meal Magic database, Excel, and other related databases to input information, generate, and analyze reports. The Administrative Services Coordinator II (Food Service) provides direct administrative support to the Food Services Manager and program leadership. The Coordinator is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and ensure strict confidentiality of student, financial, and personnel information encountered in the role.
