About The Position

Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, outgoing, and creative Administrative Receptionist (15 month contract – Mat Leave) to join its Edmonton suburban retail team. The successful candidate will greet guests at reception, while providing clerical, office, and AP administrative support for a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Harvard is a full-service real estate management company based in Western Canada, recognized for its reputation and leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance. The company oversees over 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.

Requirements

  • Outgoing and friendly attitude with superior customer service skills
  • Professional experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong command of the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience processing accounts payable
  • Proficient skills using Office365 and office equipment
  • Excellent attention management skills to deliver multiple tasks on time
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers
