Requirements

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong note-taking skills

  • Ability to handle a moderate daily call volume
  • Languages: English, Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Provide general receptionist and administrative support to the team
  • Manage email correspondence and respond in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and appointment information
  • Take detailed notes and maintain organized records
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer, screen, and route calls to appropriate team members
  • Handle approximately 20 inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
