As an Administrative Program Coordinator IV, you will serve as a liaison and as an administrative, technical and operational resource. You will assist the Director with projects and daily tasks, coordinate policy evaluation and implementation, and identify opportunities for operational improvement to enhance workplace efficiency. In this role, you will also develop communications, manage databases and budgets and lead projects or major initiatives that support departmental goals. A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of administrative, financial or project management experience
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience
  • OR Associate's Degree and seven years of experience
  • OR Master's Degree and four years of experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
  • Communication, multi-tasking, critical thinking and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Function as liaison and as administrative, technical or operational resource.
  • Lead or coordinate multiple complex projects, initiatives or policy implementations.
  • Update, monitor and manage databases.
  • Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
  • Analyze project improvement and progress.
  • Resolve and report discrepancies and variances.
  • Act as liaison with committees, employees and vendors.
  • Facilitate project prioritization and implementation.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
  • Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.
  • Identify key milestones and deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
  • Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
  • Develop interdepartmental education programs.
  • Assist with department orientation and training.
