About The Position

ADT is seeking an Administrative Processor to handle administrative work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office. This role involves a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the office and assist technicians and advisors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Typing skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Lift up to 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Six (6) months of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office.
  • Onboarding and setting up new employees
  • Process invoices and send to accounts payable for payment.
  • Administer fleet and safety programs.
  • Answer and route calls from main phone system
  • Manage badge system and ensuring visitor badges are verified
  • Manage local licensing
  • Process receivables (installation checks)
  • Order office supplies
  • Facilities maintenance
  • Record Retention and shredding documents
  • Schedule meetings, company events, and/or ADTCARES charity functions
  • Assist Technicians and Advisors
  • Support to Warehouse functions
  • Assist with Inventory maintenance in Excel
  • Update customer accounts
  • Assist with customer credits or cancellations
  • Additional tasks may be assigned by Management
