We support high-volume customer communication and operational workflows, and this role helps ensure everything runs smoothly day to day. As Administrative & Operations Support, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound phone calls and routine requests, while also supporting document and follow-up workflows. This is a role where you will directly support important processes and gather insights that will support Salient’s product strategy.
