About The Position

This role provides comprehensive leadership support, including calendar management, meeting preparation and follow-up, development of agendas and materials, and coordination of activities and schedules across multiple management and departmental teams. The Administrative Operations Assistant will assist in the creation, organization, and distribution of operational tools and communications for multiple operational departments across UW Health, ensuring timely updates, clarity, and strong cross-team alignment. This position serves as a key resource for frontline and departmental staff, responding to questions and providing guidance related to policies, procedures, and other administrative workflows. The role enhances operational continuity across high-acuity and fast-moving service lines by supporting data entry, document management, onboarding logistics, and standard work maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in an administrative support role

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years experience in an administrative support function
  • Previous experience in a health care setting
