Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED
• One to two years of related experience
• Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
• Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one and obtain approved driver status.

Responsibilities

• Provides essential support to the team through filing, scheduling, and general administrative functions.
• Assists staff and families with completing required components of the training, assessment, and licensing process.
• Ensures a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and partners.
• Answers and directs phone calls, takes messages, provides general information, and connects individuals with appropriate team members.
• Greets on-site visitors, determines the nature of their needs, and ensures timely communication with staff.
• Maintains professional boundaries in all interactions.
• Follows established protocols for building safety, emergency notifications, and after-hours procedures.
