About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic nursing leader to join our team! The Administrative Nursing Supervisor serves as a resource person in a clinical and administrative capacity. This position works under the supervision of the Lead Administrative Supervisor and reports directly to the CNO. This individual oversees the Hospital operations on a day-to-day basis on the Evening, Night, Weekend or Holiday shifts. There is direct oversight of patient placement, throughput, and allocation of resources.

Assists all members of the caregiver team in resolving issues with peers as appropriate and notifies managers/directors as needed.
