Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
Must be able to work on-site in Towson, MD

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, filing, and office coordination
Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management, content creation, and campaign support
Help coordinate community outreach efforts and local marketing events
Maintain and update client and referral source databases using CRM tools
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
Support recruitment efforts by helping post job listings and screen applicants
Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and community partners
