About The Position
Exceed Safety is a nationwide full spectrum consulting firm based in NC. We provide advanced consultants and use cutting edge technology and methods of risk management. We are seeking and administrative and marketing assistant to help us with both office operations and marketing management.

Responsibilities
- Support general office operations and provide administrative support to leadership.
- Document creation – company forms, resumes, etc.
- Own the slide deck development process for company training program, both internal and external
- Support office operations by monitoring phones and general email
- Maintain office equipment – troubleshoot issues and train users.
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in office, off-site, and virtual.
- Assist with marketing copy to advertise our services and discuss relevant industry topics
- Assist with graphics creation for static social media posts
- Film video content for social media
- Collaborate with Marketing Project Manager to edit, refine, and post video content.
- Own the podcast production process – assist with writing episodes, edit audio and video, post episodes, and monitor reach.
- Edit website copy and manage e-commerce updates, as needed
