Location: Middletown, NY Other potential location available in Mount Vernon, NY Pay: Unpaid Hours: Flexible within the following time frame, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm This position requires that applicants be enrolled in a degree program that will grant them credit hours for their internship. Applicants must be in a Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Finance, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field. Potential programs for an internship placement include Development, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting. Participate in departmental and team meetings. Help maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Participate in creating and delivering data-driven solutions for staff and project teams. Conduct surveys and assist with data collection. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: Provide administrative and research support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives. Help identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions. Additional assignments may be determined at a future date. QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory requirements. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Finance, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field.
