The Administrative Intern will support pre-event planning, on-site operations, and internal coordination during race weekends. This role focuses on logistics, staff support, and administrative execution to ensure a smooth, organized and professional event experience. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced sports and event environment, offering opportunities to develop new skills and make a meaningful contribution to the NSS team across multiple high-impact projects. Work hours and focus areas are flexible based on availability, skills, and interests. The ideal candidate will adopt a GLOBE mentality. GLOBE stands for Generously Lending Our Best Efforts. This is done by holding themselves and their teammates accountable for taking our best practices “the last mile” – optimizing them for maximum value to all of our stakeholders while sharing insights on how to improve our company. The ideal candidate will also be a productive and proactive self-starter who is passionate about his/her duties and willing to put forth the extra effort in pursuit of achieving excellence. A commitment of approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum of seven weeks is preferred, with some availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Participation during NASCAR race week and weekend (May 29–31, 2026), including a commitment of 20+ hours, is a required component of this internship program. Additionally, there may be an opportunity to extend the internship to support the NTT INDYCAR SERIES race week and weekend (July 18–19, 2026), contingent upon staffing needs and workload demands.
