About The Position

Assists in the development and implementation of programs and projects to support the organization's strategic initiatives. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, compiling presentation materials, attending development sessions, applying strategic thinking for problem-solving, performing clerical and administrative tasks, and collaborating with management to improve departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work within teams and maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to apply logical and critical thought processes.
  • Displays a positive presence and interacts with all levels of staff, outside vendors, consultants, and physicians.
  • Requires focus and attention to detail while multi-tasking.
  • Able to perform effectively during stressful situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program.
  • Previous work experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers and analyzes data, runs pre-defined queries, and formats reports.
  • Compiles and builds presentation materials for projects, new initiatives, and data findings.
  • Attends weekly group development sessions and participates in intern events.
  • Applies strategic, system-level thinking and operational excellence techniques for problem-solving.
  • Performs clerical office coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborates directly with manager and provides recommendations for department or business unit improvement.
