About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Sales Assistant to support our Sales Representatives in converting leads into sales and ensuring a 5 Star customer experience. This role is critical in managing the full job lifecycle-from pre-appointment coordination to post-appointment follow-up- and a successful project ensuring a seamless and positive experience for homeowners while maximizing sales opportunities. The Administrative Sales Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for customers before and after appointments, collaborating closely with Outside Account Managers and production staff to ensure smooth projects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and internal teams
