About The Position

The Administrative & HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting the HR team in aspects of employee engagement and event planning. This person will have work-order scanning duties, and will manage all front desk operations, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state laws. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of front desk/receptionist experience. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:00pm

  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, and Sharepoint
  • Office-based role with occasional time spent walking the production floor
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Work enthusiastically and cooperatively with all employees.

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by area Lead or Supervisor
  • Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to Management personnel.
  • Follow daily clean up and housekeeping procedures.
  • Comply with all quality, safety, and work-related rules and regulations.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Scan work orders in compliance with ITAR regulations
  • Plan and facilitate all PacAero parties, employee appreciation events, and holiday events
  • Support HR with tasks related to purchasing and employee engagement
  • Facilitate a peer recognition program
  • Maintain and stock the coffee station in lobby
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Greet and help direct PacAero visitors
  • Screening for visitors
  • Assist in the production of monthly internal newsletter
  • Facilitate aspects of the continuous improvement program
  • Perform other duties as assigned
