This position acts as a liaison between the service office and the shop. The expectation is for accuracy and timeliness related to assigning repair orders to technicians, estimating repairs using Procede and Uptime Pro, and reviewing narratives and vehicle information prior to estimating or invoicing. Developing technician schedules per job/customer request to prioritize repairs and meet necessary metrics is vital to this role. This role will need to be computer literate, able to implement and reinforce company processes, schedule and delegate day-to-day technician assignments, and work alongside the existing technical foreman. The Administrative Foreman reports to the Branch Service Manager and/or Branch Operations Manager.
