About The Position
The Administrative Fellowship at West Chester Hospital is a one-year, hands-on leadership development program focused on building future healthcare leaders through operational immersion, executive mentorship, and high-impact project work. Fellows translate academic training into real-world applications while contributing to strategic and operational priorities. The fellow works directly with Jen Jackson, Chief Nursing Officer and VP- Operations Site Leader, and Yvette Kauffman, Director of Business Operations, gaining direct mentorship and exposure to executive leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be a current student or recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, public health).
