About The Position

Fisher’s Technology is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and high-energy Administrative & Engagement Coordinator to support leadership initiatives, workplace coordination, employee engagement, internal communications, and company events at our Boise headquarters. This role blends administrative coordination with culture, communications, and creative support responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally and confidently, and enjoys balancing logistics, collaboration, and creativity while supporting both the employee and customer experience at Fisher’s. This position plays a key role in supporting leadership teams, coordinating company events and engagement initiatives, assisting with workplace coordination and internal communications, and contributing to creative and content-related support efforts. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, people-focused, proactive, and comfortable working across departments while bringing positive energy and creative ideas to the workplace.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative coordination, office coordination, event coordination, communications, marketing support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams, executive initiatives, or cross-functional coordination efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and high-energy approach to work.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating company events, employee engagement initiatives, or workplace culture programs.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms, short-form video content, or digital communications.
  • Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or ticketing platforms.
  • Interest in growing within communications, employee engagement, administrative support, corporate coordination, or marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for leadership initiatives, company programs, and cross-functional projects.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, presentations, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Support day-to-day headquarters coordination including workplace organization, vendor coordination, inventory management, opening/closing responsibilities, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, company events, and culture-focused activities.
  • Support internal and external communications through inbox monitoring, lead routing, employee announcements, and company messaging.
  • Capture and create photo/video content for company events, employee engagement initiatives, and social media support.
  • Assist with creative and communications support including graphics, reels, event promotions, testimonial content, and communication materials.
  • Collaborate across departments to support company initiatives, event coordination, and engagement efforts.
  • Contribute proactive ideas that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and brand visibility internally and externally.
