St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation is looking for an Administrative Coordinator. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a dynamic Philanthropy team, working closely with the Executive Director and a group of fundraisers. Key responsibilities include managing the Executive Director’s calendar, coordinating meetings and event logistics (such as agendas, materials, food, and supplies), processing expenses and purchase orders, and tracking budget activity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a hybrid opportunity with expectations to be onsite at least twice per week.
