About The Position

Empire Home Infusion Service is a nonprofit local home infusion pharmacy provider, proudly serving the greater Capital Region for 33 years. Our office is located at 10 Blacksmith Drive in Malta. We have an opportunity for an individual to join our team who enjoys a fast paced, team based work environment and is interested in learning new skills. A thorough orientation will be provided. Provides general support to the pharmacy and delivery teams, coordinates with our outsource billing and insurance verification vendor, and provides overall administrative support for the EHIS pharmacy.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years previous administrative experience required
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and OneNote is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and OneNote is a plus
