Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide intermediate-level clerical and administrative support for assigned managers and departments. This role involves a variety of duties such as data collection, entry, and basic analysis, creating intermediate reports, processing paperwork, coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, and basic project coordination. The Administrative Assistant II will also handle routine and non-routine correspondence and work with confidential information, interacting with diverse customers, patients, visitors, and internal staff. The position specifically supports FHCSD’s Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Residency Program, a 12-month educational program for recent nurse practitioners and physician assistants, offering a salaried opportunity to enhance clinical skills for a career in community medicine and prepare APPs to manage complex care in a diverse population.
