About The Position

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Research Integrity (ORI). This role provides high-level administrative and programmatic support for research compliance areas, including research security, ethics, misconduct, conflict of interest, and other ORI programs. The Administrative Coordinator will manage tracking systems for compliance efforts, assist with misconduct investigations, and support the Division of Research's quality assurance initiatives. The position may also provide administrative support to other Division of Research functions during peak periods.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level professional administrative and programmatic support for research compliance areas including research security, research ethics and misconduct, conflict of interest, and other programs within the research compliance arm of the Office of Research Integrity (ORI).
  • Maintain tracking systems related to compliance efforts.
  • Support misconduct investigations.
  • Provide administrative support for the Division of Research's quality assurance and improvement efforts.
  • Provide administrative support as needed during high-demand periods, across other functions of the Division of Research.
