About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will support the PC refresh project by coordinating end‑user scheduling and ensuring smooth communication between employees and the technician teams. This role will confirm appointment times, manage scheduling changes, and help users prepare for their device transition. The assistant will also coordinate the recovery of old devices, track return status, and ensure assets are collected and documented accurately. They will maintain detailed tracking documents and provide technicians with up‑to‑date deployment and return information. The position requires strong communication and professionalism when interacting with users across all levels. This role is essential to keeping the refresh project organized, on schedule, and minimally disruptive to daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills are required for tracking deployments and asset returns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users is essential.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and adjusting schedules as needed is important.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scheduling or coordination in a fast‑paced environment is helpful.
  • Customer service experience is beneficial for supporting users during their transition and return process.
