This role is responsible for handling install, service, and customer service work assigned by Management in a Consumer Small Business office. The detailed job responsibilities include managing the install and service backlog, scheduling installs and services, filling schedule gaps, managing install/monitoring permits, handling missing paperwork by scanning all install and service paperwork when needed, responding to Field Tech and Advisor phone calls and emails, updating customer accounts, and scheduling vendor meetings. The position may also involve assisting with customer credits or cancellations, and additional tasks may be assigned by Management.
