About The Position

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for supporting operations across many departments of a company. As an upper-level role, the Administrative Manager may work with other company leaders and administrative team members to keep procedures running smoothly. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and supporting administrative staff
  • Overseeing the administrative department’s budget and resources
  • Coordinating communications, workflows and schedules
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve workflow and compliance
  • Supervising the records management processes and procedures
  • Delegating administrative tasks to team members
  • Managing the facilities and equipment to create a safe environment
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
