Overview Our team is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Melville, NY! As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with mailing, supplies, and assists with projects. If you like variety in your day, then this is the position for you!

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Prepares stock inventory for the office
  • Composes routine correspondence and email communication
  • Copies data and compiles records and reports
  • Receiving and delivering incoming packages, opens, sorts, and scans all incoming mail
  • Assists with kitchen supplies
  • Provides assistance with shredding mail and processing outgoing mail
  • Assists with projects as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
