Works under general supervision of the Director of Student Engagement and provides administrative support to include the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. This role involves participating in the planning and execution of administrative operations as the office manager, monitoring office procedures, and providing front-line administrative support to students and families. Key functions include assisting with monthly budget reconciliation and tracking, processing purchase orders, developing predictive budget allocation models, and managing programmatic catering and swag orders. The position also entails hiring, training, and supervising student workers, managing their handbook, schedules, professional development, and weekly meetings. Additionally, the coordinator will support The Cisneros Institute and the Student Engagement Office in the execution of various signature programs, Transfer Assemblies, Transfer Week, Family Orientation, Family Programming, JagX, and other office programming, while also participating in university events, committees, and professional development opportunities.
