About The Position

Are you detail-driven, service-minded, and energized by supporting student success? The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Student Affairs – Enrollment Services to manage critical enrollment operations, student record maintenance, and high-quality customer service for students, faculty, and campus partners. What You’ll Do You’ll ensure accurate, timely processing and integrity of student information by: Managing daily data entry, updates, and quality control in student information systems. Processing grades, academic status changes, transcript requests, and enrollment verifications. Maintaining comprehensive student records (test scores, documentation, official forms). Supporting registration for courses, electives, and clinical rotations; processing add/drop and course adjustments. Assisting with course catalog/handbook updates (course numbers, credit hours, prerequisites). Coordinating leaves of absence, withdrawals, and re-enrollment documentation Serving as the primary point of contact for student and stakeholder inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Developing FAQs/resources, improving processes, and supporting audits/accreditation needs. Supporting office operations, budget documentation, and key events (orientation, commencement).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business/Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • 2–3 years in higher education administration, student services, or data management.
  • Experience with student information systems/database management ( SONIS preferred ).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, communication, accuracy, and problem-solving.
