About The Position

Administrative Resource Options (ARO) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator – Operations to support office operations, shipping and receiving, and administrative services at a corporate facility. This role helps ensure the workplace operates efficiently through coordination of mail services, package handling, office readiness, and operational administrative support. Key Responsibilities Shipping, Receiving & Mail Services · Process incoming packages and shipments · Log and track packages in company systems · Deliver packages and notify recipients · Process outgoing domestic and international shipments · Create shipping labels and shipping documentation · Manage incoming and outgoing USPS mail Office Operations & Facility Support · Maintain conference rooms and shared office spaces · Ensure copy rooms are stocked with paper, toner, and supplies · Maintain office equipment readiness and supply inventory · Manage toner recycling and equipment consumables · Offsite Records Retention program Environmental & Compliance Support · Support site environmental and sustainability programs · Universal waste management (e-waste, batteries, fluorescent lamps) · Waste minimization initiatives (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) · Assist with recycling, waste management, and compliance processes · Support generator inspections and facility monitoring programs Administrative Support · Support internal office projects and administrative initiatives · Assist with meeting support and hospitality services · Coordinate operational requests across departments Cross-Functional Support · Provide front office coverage during breaks, PTO, or absences · Assist with visitor registration and phone coverage as needed · Maintain seamless operational support across administrative functions QualificationsQualifications · 3+ years of administrative, operations, or office support experience · Experience in shipping, logistics, or mailroom operations preferred · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities · High attention to detail and process accuracy · Strong communication and customer service skills · Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small on-site team
