Plays a key role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Handles a broad range of critical inquiries and issues, utilizing creativity and originality to develop effective solutions for unique or recurring challenges. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing projects, conceptualizing, developing, driving high-level strategic initiatives, and achieving the expected results. Also participates in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.
