Tarheel Challenge - Salemburg This position receives direction and guidance from the RPM Placement Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to regularly communicate with mentors and mentees to maintain healthy and effective relationships and recommend action/provide assistance where necessary; monitor mentor/mentee match to ensure that both are fulfilling program obligations; ensure that mentors are submitting assessments monthly by the due date; obtain school/employer verification of graduates quarterly; monitor graduates' progress and adherence to post residential action plans and report problems to TCA. This employee keeps all files updated, i.e., monthly mentor assessments, community service, monthly stipends records, etc. This position's work includes the use of office automation equipment and related technology. Requirements

  • High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience establishing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Experience using a multi-line phone system.
  • Experience operating Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook.
  • Experence using postal meter.
