This position is Monday through Friday from 3p-9p. The purpose of this role is to perform general clerical duties in accordance with the office procedures of the facility. The Administrative Clerk is responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties. They will serve visitors, vendors, and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. This role also involves notifying facility personnel of visitor’s arrival, maintaining security by following established procedures including monitoring the guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required. The clerk will keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office. Additionally, they will answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages, handle facility inquiries and provide general information, sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail, and copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents. Other functions and tasks may be assigned as needed.
