About The Position

This is an on-site full-time position working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, between 0700-1530 (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, at the Army’s CRSP in Natick, MA. The Administrative Clerk and MHE Operator will be a personnel position under the Warehousing Support for CRSP contract, supporting administrative, receiving, shipping, material handling, and transportation operations at the Natick CRSP facility. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete background checks.
  • Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • GCSS-A experience equivalent to WG-06 rank/grade.
  • Knowledgeable with transactions T-CODE.
  • Motor vehicle operator licenses to include Material Handling Equipment/forklift variants up to 26K cargo capacity and size.
  • Must have a valid state issued driver's license.
  • Must be able to carry/lift material/equipment weight up to 50 lbs without assistance IAW AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 735-5, and ATP 4-12.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and management of supported CRSP operations.
  • Issue supplies and materials to personnel authorized by DA Form 1687 and maintain authorization documentation.
  • Receive, unload, and divert trucks and incoming shipments according to CRSP requirements.
  • Review manifests and supporting shipping documentation for incoming and outgoing cargo.
  • Break out, inspect, and process received items and shipments for distribution.
  • Record receiving, shipping, issue, and other required logistics transactions.
  • Receive and process push shipments and identify and redirect mis-shipments.
  • Inspect and photograph shipments and coordinate required actions with the Installation Transportation Division (ITD).
  • Operate the Automated Manifest System (AMS) to support CRSP shipping and receiving activities.
  • Operate material handling equipment to receive, move, stage, load, and distribute cargo.
  • Use motor transportation to distribute and receive cargo between CRSPs, port operations areas, bases, and camps.
  • Support onward movement and retrograde of cargo through material handling and transportation activities.
  • Distribute and backhaul supplies and materials to and from supply activities across the installation.
  • Track and maintain complete visibility of ISO containers moving to and from the CRSP.
  • Enter and maintain required container information in the Army Container Asset Management System (ACAMS).
  • Perform CRSP operations in accordance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, and AR 735-5.
