Requirements

  • No experience required, we train
  • Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly presence
  • Clear communication, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Comfort learning new software and workflows quickly
  • Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong computer skills and learning new platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in healthcare, patient service, pre-med, pre-PA or related paths is a plus
  • 18 to 24 months preferred (ideal)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome in person and by phone
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups
  • Support check-in, check-out and patient flow
  • Collect and update patient information accurately
  • Communicate clearly with clinical staff to keep the schedule on track
  • Assist with basic office tasks, scanning and documentation
  • Resolve patient questions with empathy and urgency
