Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing professional support, including complex calendar management, and influencing senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and adapt plans on short notice while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive business matters with complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communicator and team player capable of working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic administrative support, including managing complex global calendars, coordinating international travel, and preparing for business-critical events.
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion, proactively solving problems, prioritizing effectively, and establishing structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, exercising excellent judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, assisting with content development and conducting follow-ups on action items.
  • Provide leadership to the E/ABP community while advocating for and program-managing organization-wide culture initiatives.
