Provide executive and administrative support to the Department Chair, requiring a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment. Manage the Chair’s calendar, travel, meetings, reimbursements, and confidential correspondence while serving as a key resource for departmental operations. Coordinate clinical and non-clinical schedules for faculty and fellows and support departmental initiatives, academic activities, and special projects.
