We're looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Columbus, Ohio (Dublin) office! Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette are required. Requirements

  • 3-5 years customer service or administrative support experience required
  • Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus, Ohio office

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors.
  • Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.
  • Assist with billing, collections, and daily deposits.
  • Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements.
  • Set up new client accounts and maintain client records.
  • Utilize firm software including Karbon, Practice CS, and Aiwyn.
  • Scan and organize documents.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, UPS shipments, and postage.
  • Respond to administrative inquiries and provide general office support.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
