About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Nevada dealership locations. This position will work from our GM store while collaborating closely with both Nevada stores' Service and Parts Departments. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities for growth as responsibilities expand through cross-training and additional operational support duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office, administrative, customer service, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Close and process service repair orders and service tickets for both Nevada locations.
  • Scan and upload completed service documentation into Dealertrack accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Assist customers at the service counter and provide excellent customer service.
  • Run occasional business-related errands, including trips to the bank, post office, and other local vendors as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
  • Support dealership operations with various administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
