About The Position

What You'll Do: - Support SharePoint sites owned by functional leaders. - Manage calendars by scheduling appointments and meetings for function leaders. - Manage organizational announcements and internal distribution lists - Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity. - Organize/plan large meetings and events including agenda development. - Act as a primary point of contact with external/internal stakeholders liaising to ensure smooth workflow and communication. - Prepare and edit documents presentations and correspondence. - Manage expense reports for functional leaders. - Arrange domestic and international travel for functional leaders and assist in international travel for extended team. - Coordinate support and oversee special projects as needed. Has a sense of urgency and able to multi task and prioritize. Comfortable working with and supporting a large group 2 directly - Able to be discreet. - Proactive mindset vs. Reactive. - Collaborative and able to work well in a group and with the other Admins onsite What Skills Would Be Beneficial: - You have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role minimum 1 year. - Your attention to detail and your organizational skills are outstanding. - You have excellent verbal interpersonal and writing skills. - You are experienced and proficient in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI SharePoint etc. - You value serving the business and our customers so you are willing and able to work overtime if requested. - Proficiency in Microsoft TEAMS and Concur is a plus. - You are a quick learner with new software and applications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint is required
  • Experience managing travel and expenses is required in Concur is preferred
  • Experience working for a Global company is preferred.
