About The Position

You’ll manage high-volume financial data, keep workflows moving, and handle the details that keep the business running. The work is structured, fast-paced, and requires consistency. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and follows through.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of administrative or operations experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work accurately
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Clear communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Download, organize, and track high volumes of bank statements
  • Maintain accurate records across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
  • Process and sort financial documents with consistency
  • Identify gaps and fix them early
  • Manage shared inboxes and follow through on requests
  • Prepare and process client and internal documents
  • Build and maintain Excel trackers and templates
  • Support CRM updates and workflow improvements
  • Own daily mail and deliveries: receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, coordinate outgoing shipments, and manage courier pickups
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics
  • Maintain shared spaces and supplies
  • Step in where needed to keep the team moving
