About The Position

This position is responsible for managing BMW impound accounts from start to resolution, with a strong focus on timely follow-up, clear communication, and efficient vehicle recovery. The individual in this role will work on each account with a sense of urgency, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to facilitate vehicle pickup as quickly as possible. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Comprehensive training on the impound process will be provided, along with the ongoing support and resources of our team to help ensure success in the role.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED diploma or equivalent required
Previous Impound experience
Maintains accuracy and thoroughness when managing accounts and documentation.
Effectively manages multiple accounts, priorities, and follow-ups.
Consistently follows established procedures and expectations.
Approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without requiring constant direction.
Recognizes time-sensitive situations and takes prompt action to move accounts toward resolution.
Communicates professionally and effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

Manage and work BMW impound accounts from assignment through resolution.
Communicate effectively with BMW/Client contacts, dealerships, tow yards, impound facilities, and internal teams.
Coordinate and follow up with all necessary parties to ensure vehicles are picked up as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of account activity and communication.
Consistently follow established processes and procedures.
Monitor assigned accounts and take appropriate action to prevent unnecessary delays.
Escalate issues or barriers when necessary to help move accounts toward resolution.
Learn new processes and expand knowledge of BMW impound operations.
