About The Position

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible to provide administrative support to the Administrative Shop Operations Supervisor, as well as support Administrative Shop Operations Supervisor at various shop locations and support multiple Maintenance departments. Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience required in typing, filing, spreadsheets, and organization of office procedures.
• Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Possess good written, verbal and telephone skills.
• Able to communicate effectively (verbally and written).
• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AIMS and INFOR preferred.

• Provide administrative support to the Administrative Shop Operations Supervisor.
• Support Administrative Shop Operations Supervisor at various shop locations.
• Support multiple Maintenance departments.
